 Installation Instructions

1. Select U-bolt size matching pipe/object outer diameter.

2. Clean surfaces to remove dirt, rust or oxidation.

3. Place U-bolt around the pipe; align holes with mounting plate.

4. Attach nuts & washers; tighten evenly to 25–40 Nm (avoid over-tightening).

5. For vibration-prone areas, use lock nuts or add cotter pins.
