We strictly select high-quality raw materials, including carbon steel, aluminum alloy (such as ENAC-42100), copper alloy and stainless steel, which are widely used in power fittings production. Before entering the production line, all raw materials undergo strict inspection by spectral analyzers and other professional equipment to verify their chemical composition and mechanical properties, ensuring they meet international standards (GB, DL, IEC, ANSI) and laying a solid foundation for high-quality products.

Blank Forming & Forging
According to the product model and design requirements, raw materials are cut into appropriate sizes as blanks. We adopt advanced forging processes, including die forging and extrusion casting, to shape the blanks. For aluminum alloy fittings, we use 630T vertical extrusion casting machines for precise forming, which ensures excellent mechanical properties and high material utilization rate, avoiding defects such as uneven structure caused by traditional casting processes.

After forming, the blanks enter the precision machining stage. We use imported five-axis CNC machining equipment and high-hardness cutting tools to process key parts such as bolt holes, connecting surfaces and threads. Through optimized cutting parameters and online monitoring, we ensure the dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.005mm, meeting the strict precision requirements of power fittings for assembly and use.
Heat Treatment
Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is a key link to improve the mechanical properties of power fittings. According to the material characteristics, we carry out standardized heat treatment processes, including solution treatment, aging treatment, normalizing and annealing. For aluminum alloy fittings, we go through step-by-step heating, heat preservation and rapid water quenching to enhance their hardness and toughness; for carbon steel fittings, we eliminate forging stress through annealing to ensure product stability and service life.
Surface Treatment
Surface Treatment
To enhance corrosion resistance and service life, we adopt industry-leading surface treatment processes. The mainstream process is hot-dip galvanizing (galvanizing layer thickness ≥85μm), which forms a dense iron-zinc alloy layer on the product surface to resist harsh outdoor environments such as humidity and corrosion. For special requirements, we also provide electro-galvanizing, dacromet and alkaline oxidation blackening processes, ensuring the products adapt to different working conditions.
Full-Process Quality Inspection
Full-Process Quality Inspection
Quality inspection runs through the entire production process. We implement a three-level inspection system: first article inspection, in-process sampling inspection and finished product re-inspection. Professional equipment such as tensile testing machines, zinc layer thickness gauges and coordinate measuring machines are used to test mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and dimensional accuracy. Unqualified products are strictly rejected to ensure the qualification rate of delivered products is over 99.8%.

Assembly & Packaging
Qualified products are assembled according to technical requirements, and each assembly link is checked to ensure the compatibility and stability of components. After assembly, we adopt export-standard packaging: moisture-proof film, anti-rust paper, woven bags or wooden cases, combined with pallets for reinforcement, which effectively prevents rust and damage during long-distance transportation. We also mark product specifications, batch numbers and other information clearly for easy tracking and management.
