Step 7: Mass Production & Quality Control

Our production department strictly follows the order requirements and international standards (GB, DL, IEC) to arrange manufacturing. We implement full-process quality control to ensure product quality:

- Raw material inspection (material certificate verification)

- Production process inspection (forging, stamping, galvanizing)

- Dimensional measurement and precision check

- Tensile test and rated load verification

- Hot-dip galvanizing thickness test (≥85μm for outdoor products)

- Final finished product inspection (appearance, performance)

We can provide production photos or videos at any time upon your request, so you can track the production progress in real time.
