Prestressed Suspension Clamp

Prestressed (Preformed) Suspension Clamp is a bolt-free, high-performance helical fitting designed to suspend ACSR, AAC, AAAC conductors and OPGW/ADSS cables from insulator strings on overhead transmission lines. It reduces static stress at the suspension point, suppresses aeolian vibration, protects conductors from abrasion/bending fatigue, and minimizes corona discharge—ideal for 10kV–500kV networks, long spans, and coastal/high-pollution areas.
